Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
OrachiTech publishes these standards for the Kids Fun TV mobile application. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
1. Our Commitment
Kids Fun TV is a child-focused video application. Protecting children is our highest priority. We do not permit, create, distribute, solicit, or facilitate content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited in connection with Kids Fun TV:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit or endanger children.
- Content that sexualizes, harms, or puts minors at risk.
- Links, references, or pathways to illegal or harmful child-related content.
- Any use of the App to contact, track, or target children for abusive purposes.
3. Content Standards
We apply the following standards to content available through the App:
- Video content is intended to be age-appropriate and suitable for children under parental supervision.
- We do not host user-generated public uploads that could expose children to unsafe material.
- We review content sources and app configuration to reduce exposure to harmful or inappropriate material.
- Parent controls, including screen time limits, are provided to support safe use by families.
4. Prevention and Safety Measures
- The App is designed for supervised family use and does not include open public chat or social features that could enable contact with unknown adults.
- We limit data collection and follow our Privacy Policy, with additional protections for children described there.
- We monitor reports, crashes, and operational issues that may indicate abuse of the platform.
- We cooperate with applicable child protection laws and lawful requests from authorities.
5. Reporting CSAE Concerns
If you believe content accessed through Kids Fun TV, or any use of the App, involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it to us immediately. You may also report directly to your local law enforcement or relevant national authorities.
Please include the subject line "CSAE Report - Kids Fun TV" and provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots, video titles, URLs, dates, and device information.
6. Enforcement
When we receive a credible CSAE report, we will:
- Review the report promptly and take appropriate action.
- Remove or block access to violating content where applicable.
- Preserve relevant information as required by law.
- Report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities where legally required.
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
7. Legal Compliance
OrachiTech complies with applicable laws and platform requirements relating to child safety, including reporting obligations for confirmed CSAM and cooperation with authorized investigations.

We may update these standards as laws, platform policies, or our safety practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
